.... apart from the really beautiful setting and building, the service is just how it should be .... they make every guest feel special and taken care of, along with handwritten welcome letters and just a very personal, friendly and helpful attitude. An example of what the world-leading Hiltons fail to deliver: a homelike atmosphere. more
