“Worth the trip”

Promised ourselves a trip to Tragabuches as a reward for a busy season. Ronda is about an hour and a half away, so it's not exactly next door. All the more reason to have high expectations. We decided to stay one night in Ronda on a recent trip to Andalucia. I had read about the Hotel San Gabriel prior to our trip. The pictures online don't do justice to the warmth and charm the hotel exudes. Anna and her siblings, who have run the hotel for 11 years couldn't be more service-oriented or friendly. We stayed here for three nights earlier this month. The house is beautiful, the rooms comfortable, and the owners (family) very attentive to the needs of their customers. Would stay here again without question. more
