We've stayed for 4 nights in htl Palace. The hotel is an excellent location to the spa (5 minutes to walk) Treatments in the hotel excellent, specially I could recommend the honey massage. My personal favorite in Heviz. Gabor and his team prepare some of the best Hungarian dishes and give them a new twist. What I like most is that they only offer a few dishes for starters, main and dessert and everything is very fresh. Clean with big rooms but I miss the english language and I also miss the spa. Everything was out of order when we came there - the jacuzzi was cold and also the sauna. The recommended restaurant - Magyar Csarda - was OK but not impressive. We wanted to bath in the thermal lake but everything was closed two hours... more
