We ate at the Colony Inn in main Amana yesterday. There were 4 adults, a 4 yr old and a 2 yr old. Bill was over 76.00 without drinks or dessert and we had the plate lunch specials. I will say there is plenty of food, but I had swiss steak that was more like a thick burger. My husband... more

We find ourselves driving through Iowa fairly frequently and always make a stop in the Amana Colonies. This charming little store is across the street from restaurants...so we always find time to stop in.
