The outside bar is very pleasant and a good place to meet friends and colleagues - but that's the only polite thing we could say about the Novotel. Reception area grubby and depressing and full of mosquitos. Bedrooms similarly very badly in need of decoration - and a good scrub, smelt very fusty. Wonderful food... excellent choice of fresh, international cuisine (french/belgian/local influences). Very good service, and intimate ambiance with a good drinks menu too. My only regret is that they don't have a restaurant in Kigali (subtle hint to the owners!...). Enjoy... Bon appetit! more
