OK. The facts! Chad is a country with a lot of problems. Larger than France, yet the total 'road' network does not exceed 400 km. I spent four nights in Novotel N'Djamena La Tchadienne. I went at Novotel before but this is the worst Novotel I've never been. The quality is not OK, is not a four stars hotel. Stayed here for a few days on my way in and out of Chad. Nice hotel, overpriced, but to be expected since it is only this or the Novotel, and the Meridien is definitely nicer.
