I booked into this hotel and the receptionists and waiter staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel has a non alcohol rule and does not take money on Fridays for religious reasons. This hotel has nothing to do with a Sheraton and even to Nigerian standards it is very appalling. The staff is very friendly but you cannot run a hotel only on that.
