Intercontinental Hanoi Westlake is an outstanding hotel. The beds were very comfortable, the room had every ammenity you could possibly want. The location was peaceful. You need a taxi if you want to go anywhere, but there are always taxis waiting outside the hotel. Also, the doormen turns away any taxi company that's known to over-charge their customers. more

Very close to Hanoi Train station and some of restaurants. Free internet access in the hotel. rooms are not big but clean and breakfast very good. staffs were very friendly and helpful. more
