We had trouble with this hotel reporting to HotelTravel.com that we had not paid for one night's accomodation. Fortunately I kept the payment invoice for the cash payment made, so keep your receipts when dealing with this hotel. I have been to this restaurant a few times (for work) and it has never been good. It is a nice setting (especially for Saigon) but the food is mediocre. Stayed here in riverview deluxe room from 6-9 Nov 2009. Rooms and amenities are new and clean. Plasma tv in room. Bathrobes and slippers provided. Towels were spotless. Glass window looking out from bathroom into sleeping area so you could watch tv as you shower! more
