Very functional. Yes it is lacking in character and it is busines like but for three nights in Vientiane it was just fine. Excellent location, helpful staff and we had a quiet room though I do note the comments regarding the construction work. Breakfast was not particularly inspirational but in the vicinity there are a some good European style coffee... more

This place is average. Mostly, we were disappointed after being tempted by the beautiful pictures on their website. It did not live up to these photos. Its not a bad place to stay, but if your are looking to splurge, it is not the place. more

As others have said, the foremost quality of this place is the location but it offers value for money if you are just passing through Vientiane or aren't planning to lounge around the hotel too much.
