“Great Location, Great Hotel”

My husband and I just returned from two weeks in Turkey. We spent six nights at the Faros Hotel. I spent hours researching Istanbul hotels before we left, and booked the Faros based on its location and reviews. The location couldn't be better. Superb staff greeted us as we arrived and detailed what to do and where to go in the city, including which sites were open/closed on certain days - all this whilst being served an excellent complimentary tea. Our room, ocean double was very spacious, very clean, and well furnished, with complimentary fresh fruit, water and turkish delight as a bonus. more
