Old property, with above average rooms, but rates are on liltle expensive side, less staff, theres a really good restaurant just opposite to this hotel. more
I am impressed and will continue the same hotel whenever i come there more
new , spacious rooms. close to center. Free internet/ food is ok. the food and restaurants are not waw in Suaid in general. more
Was staying here for 4 days but checked out after two. Although I was in a large room the fittings were tired. There was mould around the bath. The shower lacked power and you had to stand close to it to get wet! The chair for the desk in the room was stained. The restaurant was average. I asked for... more
Good hotel - friendly and helpful staff with efficient check in and check out. Stayed 1 night and found experience easy and painless. Would happily recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Riyadh. more
Checked in at about 4.30am and I was in my room and fast asleep within about 10 minutes of arriving - no mess, no fuss - just what I needed The room was spacious, clean and the shower was powerful and hot! Room service was efficient and timely more
I have spent more than 4 months in Sheraton Riyadh in the last 12 months and recommend it highly to other business travelers for the following reasons: 1) Value: The hotel offers great value for the money especially if you are a SPG member. 2) Service: We were initially staying at the Four Seasons and believe it or not, switched... more
The service is very good, because we, Filipinos value our guests very well. The food is good but the pastries and the desserts are excellent! The ambience is good, especially outdoor. more
I don't know why but the McDonald's in Riyadh is the best in the world. The burgers are always perfect and taste so much better than other McDonalds. The staff is friendly and the restaurants are always clean. more
My dad and I stayed here overnight for an appointment at the US Embassy. We never stayed longer than two days in Riyadh due to its environmental and cultural difference when compared to Dhahran. I guess for a woman there isn't much to enjoy in the hotel, coz I only remembered watching TV and reading magazines. Men have more freedom... more
I stayed in this hotel few months ago. I booked for Deluxe room which is very cheap and I got what I paid for. It is not a renovated room but it's Ok for me. I saw the other rooms which is cost higher but its a good and nice room. The location is also good! Near the shopping mall... more
Spent only one night at the hotel. Location is far from the city centre but close to the airport. Very confusing when you arrive at th gates of the hotel as there are two Holiday Inns opposite each other. We went to the wrong one and the security guard was very unfriendly and shouted at us to move to the... more
This waxs the third time I stayed there. Riyadh has very few choices for business travelers, the 2 big hotels Four Seasons in Mumlika Tower an Al Fasaliya are veryi expensive ($350 and upward) so Novotel makes sense for under $ 300 hotels. Hotel shares its fish shaped building with a bank and occupies 7 floors. There is one restaurant... more
stayed there recently in nov 09. first impressions were quite positive. front desk staff was friendly. room was lavishly large, spread out quite nicely. found the working desk / chair to be awkwardly positioned behind the bed, so watching the telly while working was a tad bit bothersome. toilet / bathroom was nicely laid out too, but i did find... more
Easiest place to buy ticket is at the main entrance which is right above Starbucks, price for adult is 25SAR. Open at 11am(my visit was on a Thursday), the spectatular view from the top does give one some perspective of the layout of the land. On hazy days it is difficult to see more than a couple of kilometers in... more
As a regular Intercontinental and prioirtyclub business traveller i expect a good service standard. Unfortunately my experience in this hotel was a very poor. I had loud chatting , hovers and cleaning noises on the door of my room 433 at 4:30 in the morning. After investigating it turned out the staff are cleaning rooms for an early arrival flight!... more
The atmosphere is very nice. It's modern and very beautiful. If you wish you can watch your food being made. When the weather is nice, most people sit outside by the pool and grassy area (the restaurant is located behind the IC hotel). The food was absolutely delicious. It is still fairly expensive but compared to the IC's buffet-style 'Pavillion'... more
Very Good Hotel, Price is expensive more than USD 200 per night bed and breakfast basis. The room is small, yet it include all the comfort. Mediumm TV with about fifty channels to watch. The location is good, lot of shopping areas nearby. There is a Carrefor super market, 10 minutes walk. Variety of foods, nothing spicy available more
