I have only been to Pronto Dalicatessen for dinner once, several DAYS ago, and the meal was superb. I remember an exquisite lamb that my fiance ordered, and a beautifully done steak for me. Hostal Copacabana

The Copacabana is an excellent budget hotel. It is right on Illampu street, close to everything, and rooms are great value. The rooms have wooden floors, bathrooms are small but very clean, and free Wifi that however doesnt reach all rooms well. Breakfast is poor so I skipped it, plenty of choices around.
