The RakDell Inn is a neat little budget priced hotel sitting at the foot of the San Miguel mountains in the largest city of the Catanduanes, Virac. Virac is not a lovely town but as the largest town on the pretty island of Catanduanes, it makes the best base whilst exploring the southern coast. Catanduanes is a rainy, lush island in the Western Pacific Ocean, a couple of hours off the coast of Luzon, The Philippines' main island.
