The best place to stay in Pucon! Very friendly and helpful staff, who will arrange for you any kind of activity, visiting the best hot springs (termas) around Pucon. Jose and Fran are wonderful! We were there over christmas, feeling a little homesick, but we were all included in the family christmas celebrations (including the surprise presents for the two little ones, Leon and Amanda).
