Not only were we overcharged (we paid $350 for the night which was more than rates publicized on their website) but their customer service was awful. We had 4 people staying in the room (2 double beds) and we were told we could not do that. They gave us all kinds of excuses as to why that was not possible,... more

My wife and I spent two nights at the Erratic Rock 2 and recommend it highly. Marcela and her husband were extremely helpful and accommodating.
