The space is beautiful and clean-lined, the staff professional, attentive, and eager to please, and the food beautifully presented and amazing. While attending a business conference in Quito, Ecuador in September 2009, I received several recommendations from various locals to dine at Pavarotti Ristorante. I decided to try the restaurant and was not disappointed. The restaurant has a cozy, romantic atmosphere with floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking the busy city.
