I stayed at this hotel on my way to visit Machu Pichu.The staff could not be prompt enough to satisfy your every wish.I was coming from Brazil and thiere is such a difference difference in service level.The Novotel Cusco is beautiful with its central fountain and its glass roof.The rooms are spacious and clean.Food is delicious (I tried the Alpaca... more
