Stayed here with 2 teenage grandchildren from W. Va. after seeing the Ashland holiday parade, where we spent 2 hours watching the colorful floats, with live animals and many marching bands. I've only left one other hotel this angry and upset. They gave us one price when we checked in and then tried to charge another saying the person at the desk wasn't authorized to give that price.
