Good Hotel for that price. I stayed there for 4 nights, rooms are clean with tv, fridge and a bath with shower. You only do not come during wintertime...no heating at the hotel. When I was there in end of october it was still 20 - 22°C, so it was ok. The hotel is in a nice location, some restaurants... more

I wasn´t expecting much from a hotel in Tirana, but I was very positively surprised by both the city and this fine little hotel. I booked the cheapest single room (35 USD), and got a room with own bathroom, fine queen-size bed, AC, TV, and view over the mountains from a small window.
