There's nothing horrible about this inn, there just wasn't anything to make it special. It's a large victorian house that has been well restored. We decided to spend more on a b&b rather than a hotel for a romantic ambiance. Visually the house had charm, but it felt empty and cold (not temperature-wise). I had an opportunity to stay at the Topia Inn this past weekend while attending a workshop in North Adams. The accomodations were wonderful. Host/owner Nana was so sweet and welcoming. Three nights in a warm welcoming and wonderful space where our bodies and minds relaxed and redicsovered how they are meant to be. We came here because it is convenient for our walking the Appalacian Trail - and found this hidden gem tucked away by the old rail line in Adams which is now a bicycle path and GREAT running... more
