This Hotel is good, very good. I stayed here for 16 days before moving to the Hilton up the road (Due to Loyalty programl). There has been issues regarding Hot Water at certain times of the day, and occasionally the service might NOT get back to you with your requests! I enjoyed Jeddah, warm and relaxing..apart from the abaya you have to wear out, can be a pain but otherwise ok. Not into shopping but if you are its all there is, no booze! The traffic is terrible, jams and the way they drive!! But I found it all very relaxing. more
