The room was dirty. the hotel staff was unprofessional and not helpful at all. The bathroom was not cleaned. Do not stay here more

“Fun”
Hyatt Place Auburn Hills

Our family stayed at this hotel while we were in town for a Detroit Pistons game. We had a great time. The staff was very helpful with local attractions and dinning. A great bonus was the Palace of Auburn Hills is right down the street. Our family is going to stay at another Hyatt this winter and can't wait! more

We stayed here for 3 nights, during the NCAA Final Four. We loved it. The kids loved the pool and everyone enjoyed the friendly staff and comfortable rooms. We would stay there again, any chance we had. more
