I spent two days at the hotel with my wife in april 2008. It is the best in Arica, and every room have ocean private view. Looks like renovation was finished, all was new, clean, and very nice garden and service outstanding. Contrary what other guests says, the hotel have direct and private access to the small beach La Lisera.... more
