They pick you up from the bus terminals - just look out for the tout lady passing out flyers. The price is good - it is recommended to pay $10 US dollars instead of Chilean Pesos to save the 19% hotel tax. The first thing I noticed was that the wooden floors creak loudly! I spent 3 nights in 2 different rooms. Although it is said to be a non smoking hotel, it smelled cigarettes smoke during evening until 1 h a.m. That is probably due to the resto-bar located at the entrance where people smoke a lot ! and the ventilation system takes it to the upper floors.
