Well - I tried to resolve this with Harrah's directly but really - they did not care, they got our money. Stayed for 2 nights - long story short...housekeeper stole money from us that we left in the room - not a lot of money - but money, nonetheless. There was no safe in the room. This is a great spot for the "lo-roller" . I's on the boardwalk "boutique decor" . Very nice! Only downside sludgy residue in jacuzzi? Other than that it was great. more

Wow! What can I say? A fabulous Waterfront King Room, excellent restaurants, spotless faciities and the staff couldn't be nicer!! We are not big gamblers, but did manage to win a bit at the roulette table. The steakhouse was a cut above the rest and even buffet and coffee shop did not fall short of service or quality food.
