Arrived just after 10 on the sat night and the hotel/travel agent, had made a mistake with our booking and had us down as b&b instead of half board, they were definately not quick to sort it out and had to wait until monday to sort it out with our rep (travel republic). overall,myself and my husband thought this was a great hotel and resort to stay at.we were a bit nervous when we booked and read some of the reviews!! the scuba diving is great,plenty to do throughout the day.nice spa/gym although quite pricey. food,generally good, plenty of choice and 4 resturants on site. me and my friend returned from this hotel in sept,the hotel was lovely,we stayed b&b,but wished we had gone AI,as most people seemed to be,and seemed to cater more for AI.The hotel grounds are gorgeous,two large pools,and plenty of sunbeds,and its own private beach.The hotel room was lovely,always clean.The staff in the hotel were really friendly,always happy to help you.We... more
