We have stayed in hotels all around Turkey (2 to 5 stars) and this was by far the best experience. The owner Faruk has put his heart and soul into this cave hotel, decorating it beautifully and sympathetically in authentic Turkish style. Just got back from Turkey, which, in my opinion is up there with France and Italy as a "must visit" for even the most pedestrian traveler.
