I was camping so I didn't get to see the rooms. The service generally was pretty poor. You are no where near any shops/restaurants (taxi's needed) so rely on their food which was expensive. I was travelling as part of a small overland safari group. the day we arrived there were many overland tour companies all camping on the same site. The Zambesi Waterfront hotel is a white tourists hotel filled with Australians, Americans and Europeans. There is little or no local exposure. The rooms are spaceious but not comfortable.
