A room service waiter stole my wife's gold bracelet (it was on top of the TV cabinet) when I turned my back on him for one second. Long story but I eventually got it back. My wife and daughter got food poisining, though I was lucky and did not. Don't stay here, it's the pits of humanity. more

I'm surprised with the quality of service at the Royale Bintang. Its suppose to have this sort of grandiose feeling of a hotel, but it just doesn't seem so.
