Was initially cautious about the place. Hotel had changed name two times already, formerly Sheraton and Dorsett. But then again, those are pretty good names for a hotel so I was hopeful. Stayed at G Hotel Penang for 2 nights at Executive Suite and was upgraded to Duplex Suite upon check-in. Reached the hotel at 10am and was the room is ready for me.
