Most of the reviews are spot on. Just one negative point. Where are the cushions on the sun loungers! They are extremely uncomfortable. The staff even use the towels to try and make headrests. For a five star hotel they really should invest in some. more

Stayed in an overwater bungalow and experienced service like no other. The staff are just so amazing especially Suresh who will greet you every morning at the restaurant with a big smile. Within an hour of arriving all the senior staff greeted me by name even though I have not been introduced to some. Wow! more
