having worked in the hotel industry myself for over 20 years i have not come across a person like the "owner" of this property. she was extremely rude and very confrontational - actually started an argument, started shouting and swearing at me - uncalled for, unbelievable - still gets my blood boiling just thinking about it. this lady seriously needs... more
