The staff were so helpful and friendly especially when I needed to see a doctor for an ear infection. The service was fantastic from everyone. The rooms were beautiful and very clean and all the facilities were very well maintained and well run. The worst Novotel/Mercury we have ever visited. The building and equipment is more like in youth hostel on Krym in 80s then 3* international. Staff is unpolite and not very friendly. Expression "speak French" when I tried to order some drink on the bar is dissarming. Is French language still something I can not avoid, probably not. more

Me and my wife has spend perfect holidays in Le Saint Alexis between January 4th and 8th 2009. We lived in room No. 108. Room was comfortable, clean, pretty big, with separated toilet and superior bathroom (with jaccuzi), bed was good. In room we find also safebox, minibar, TV-set and well-working air conditioner.
