Was sceptical. The changed completely - I agree with other reviewers that this is a fantastc hotel. Grand entry hall, supoerbly modern rooms with well-thought out amenities. It is a marvellous building, with rich and famous history of top architectural talent. The location is extremelly close to Red Square. Wonderful in summer. has a bit of atmosphere to it, huge halls, marble and polished bronze. Rooms clean but nothing special. Some windows cannot be opened. Internet connectivity - wirelss can be a problem. Breakfast in magnificent hall.... more
