Inside the Zarya cinema (seating looks out onto the street) and is very popular at any time of day, book if possible. Usual poor service, but the food is good and the desserts are excellent. Up until 10 years ago this was the spot for the best food and service in K'grad, (like most Casino's they try to keep gamblers happy). Now, with Zarya next door and 12 Chairs down the road it has a little more competition. You don't have to gamble to eat. Plenty of seating upstairs and the service is as good... more
