First the reception staff are absolutely excellent. Most speak English very well & are very helpfull. Rooms on 7th floor (where I stayed) are large well equipped with a minibar & kettle as well as iron & ironing board. I stayed in the Intoruist for 4 nights whislt visiting Volgograd. Overall it is a very comfortable hotel in a perect loaction right outside the main city square and the 'alley of heros'. Recently stayed here for a week. Clean, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, friendly, affordable, good air conditioner and fridge. Great windows/views. Very good laundry service. Nice Staff. Wi Fi not reliable. Great cafe (Grand Cafe) next door. All the beautiful people hang out here in the evening, excellent people watching and directly across from the Alley of Heros.Many servers speak English... more
