Stayed in a Deluxe Club room as a suite was not available. The room was of average size but the standard of the room and bathroom was first rate. I particularly liked the little touch of a cafeteria in the room for fresh coffee, this made a nice change from the usual undrinkable packet stuff. The club lounge was nice... more

ThisHotel is by far the worse of our trip in China. Let’s start saying that if you dare and chose this hotel for your Guilin visit, keep an eye on the floor your room is allocated. My friends and I stayed at Universal Hotel for two night in Guilin. We traveled to Guilin just for ourselves. We were so exciting when we arrrivaled at there. And we walked aroud the downtown. The sightseeing near the Jiefang Bridge on Li River was so amazing. It was lucky that this hotel just on the end of this bridge.... more
