you must be a backpacker to stay here - stayed in much nicer/just as cheap places in Dali and Lijiang. probably good for meeting other young people more

The hotel is rated 5*s, but really should be 4*s. That said, it is a very attractive hotel, with comfortable rooms and good facilities. We spent two nights at the hotel and were pleased with the amenities and the service. The buffet breakfast was adequate, but could benefit from additional choices for westerners.
