I am a platinum meber in IHG group and this hotel was totally disappointing. The Reception staff and the rest are very friendly, but this is the onliest positive. Also the Internet Connection (payable) was not too bad. As usual i was upgradet in a higher room category, but the preferred bed was not available, even if confirmed. After a... more

My wife and I chose the Marriott Manila Hotel because of the wonderful experiences with the Marriott brand in the US.
