Great food & wonderful service! Service is always outstanding... We eat there at least once a month, but more lately b/c of thursdays special! Thank goodness they do not close for the winter like most restaurants around here. more

Stayed here 2 nights. The room is not fancy. It does have a coffee pot and fridg. There is free coffee in the lobby. The grounds overlooking the ocean are so pretty. There are grills out by the pool for cooking the fish you caught that day. Friendly staff. Very relaxing watching the sun set in the hammock. more

Ok so it was a great location for fishing. And we got a good price off season (through RCI) for the week. Enjoyed the oceanview/beach front location. This lovely, recently renovated hotel is only a block off the water on the beach side of the road. The rooms were very clean, the manger was very pleasant and the staff was helpful. Unlike Myrtle Beach Hotels, at the Clamdigger, theToilets Flush, the showers have HOT Water, the Bathrooms have Exhaust Fans, The Rooms are Wide, The Beds and TVs were made in this Century. The Windjammer was one of the best hotels we stayed at on our 2week tour of the southeast coast. From Orlando Florida to Nags Head. Thw Windjammer was awesome. Nice place to stay. One downside....no coffee pots in the rooms. Coffee in lobby isn't available till 7:00am and it's not all that good. Love that all the rooms are oceanview. Elevator is really really slow. Staff was very friendly. After season, chairs are not available to use on the beach.....bummer! more
