Major improvements needed --- their best bet may be to tear it down and rebuild. We stayed twice in July, 2008. We thought that we would give it a second chance. Both rooms that we were given had filthy carpet, very little cool air blowing from the a/c, shower head in one room did not work, second room the bottom... more
