Very nice family owned Ryokan. Grat location, in the center of the vilalge, 10 minutes walk from the pier and 15 from the main temple. The owner speaks english. His mother does not... We only stayed 1 night at this inn but it was very nice. The location was close to the ferry which was nice when you have lugguage to drag. The room was clean and had very warm lighting--there were paper lantern-like lamps. The room felt very homey. The bathroom was very clean but small as in most hotels in Japan.... more
