We got to this hotel late after a long flight and the staff were very efficient. When we wished to change the room, the staff moved us immediately. Nothing was too much trouble. Sao Paulo was our first stop in Brazil, and staying at the Ibis Paulista made it a pleasent experience! It is located close to everything (MASP, Metro, Trianon Park, bars, cafes, resturants).
