The room was clean but very simple, I'd say ugly, uncomfortable. The air conditioner was very noisy. There was a small empty fridge in the room. But the worst about this hotel is the reception. It was my 5th stay in this nice and unpretentious boutique hotel, which is in the heart of the Av. Paulista business center. Newcomers may get suspicious about such a small chain hotel, however the rooms are 5* equipped, although smaller, and everything is clean, excellent quality and neat.
