I went to Novi Resort first time in June of 2009. My first experience: very exclusive furnished hotel suites with a great sea view but on the other side a very poor service, bad food, no beach, no outdoor pool at the Spa .... unfished at all. The former managment excused the situation and promised, that everything would be perfect... more
