Plitvice Lakes are simply stunning and it is a great area to visit. It is hard to understand why there are no better accommodation and eating options. My husband and I spent 2 nights at the Knezevic Guest House in the small worker’s settlement of Mukinje just outside of Plitvice Lakes National Park.
