I have stayed now and 2 years ago in this hotel when it was newly reopened and they asked at that time 110.- The top floor and the lobby were than newly renovated. The lift smelled already moldy. this is still the case. Lift with carpet all around will always smell in this climate. The hotel is the former Merlin... more

We went to Bukit Fraser for a week end with 2 young children. Overall experience was nice, cooler than in KL ( around 25 degrees ), horseriding, little boat trip on the lake, going for a walk without sweating, nice birds around and VERY QUIET. In August 2007 we enjoyed a pleasant overnight stay on Fraser’s Hill. The drive from Kuala Lumpur would probably take about 2 – 2 ½ hours, but we took our time and made several stops.
