We stayed in Kasbah Ellouze off season, so there were only a few others staying there at the same time. The owners were not there, but the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Pascal and his attentive, welcoming staff have a true gem in this new little hotel. Located in one of the first buildings you come to once you've reached Ait BenHaddou, it only adds a few additional steps to the trek to reach the famous World Heritage Site.
