We have encountered the rude waitress too. Not only that, the food we were served was not very warm when we got it. Have not been back - we go to Big O's where every one is friendly and the food is hot. more

Was there the weekend before Thankgiving. Not too crowded, got a window seat. People was great, very friendly. We had the sampler basket, steamed shrimp, fried shrimp and oysters. It was hot and fresh when delivered to our table. It was delivered in a timely manner. We always make sure, everytime we are in the area to eat here. more

We stayed at this hotel for our wedding, We were to have a beach wedding, but the weather didnt cooperate, it was unusally cold (30), we didnt know what we were going to do. The Hotel staff ( Jennifer and Ken) were so wonderful, they moved the furniture around in the hotel lobby so the guest could face the Christmas... more
